With an increasing need of foreign labour in Finland over the next decade, training in cultural diversity should act as a preventative measure for a successful and productive workplace. Standard Intercultural Training Courses Our cultural diversity training focuses on the areas of attitudes towards gender, work ethics, religion and communication styles, and on the everyday issues of time-keeping and hygiene.

‘Welcome to Finland!’ – Induction Courses for Immigrants It is natural for people moving to another country to experience ‘culture shock’ after the first month – this will greatly affect their productivity in the workplace. Immigrant workers need someone to explain to them how the new environment functions, what rules apply, and how to make Finland a part of their daily life. We take that task off your hands!
